A quiet pause at the end of the day.

b.soothed is a grounding bath soak made with magnesium chloride, Dead Sea salt, and green clay. The blend softens the skin, releases tension, and brings the body back to calm. It’s simple, natural, and created to help you slow down.

The clay arrives in its own small envelope so you can choose how to use it. Mix it into the bath for a full-body soak or blend it with a little water to create a soothing mask before you sink in.

Set the water warm. Pour in your half or full bag. Swirl gently until dissolved. Breathe deeply and let the day dissolve with you.

That’s often a sign your body is low in magnesium. Start with your feet and build up slowly.

Q: Can I use this while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Please check with your GP or midwife before using during pregnancy.

Q: Is this actually an oil?

No. Magnesium "oil" refers to the silky texture it leaves on your skin. There are no oils in this formula.

Q: Can I use it in the morning?

Yes, but it works especially well as part of your evening wind-down.
